J-KEM Needle tip probe 3.5" K. Hypodermic needle thermocouples (17 gauge) are ideal for measuring and controlling the temperature of small volumes and inert reactions. Temperature measuring end of the thermocouple is at the tip, so only the first 2 mm of the probe needs liquid contact for accurate temperature measurement forms an air tight seal when inserted through a septum. Needles are sealed on the end for liquid tight applications. Comes with 72 inches of attached Teflon extension wire. Type K input: -50 to 1200°C
